These jeans appear to be brand new but they are vintage 90s unleaded denim. This brand made a lot of trendy 90s jeans in unique washes such as this one. These do not stretch and they fit very small and with a high waist. The tag reads size 7/8 but I would recommend these to someone who wears a size 2/4 or 24-27 inch waist. please see measurements as I don't accept returns on vintage items.
