This dress has a beautiful silhouette. The fabric is a cotton blend that feels a lot like a soft t shirt. It has a bit of stretch on the width. The design features a feminine princess seam for the full length of the dress. It has cap sleeves and a ribbon tie on the back so that you can adjust the waist to fit comfortably.
This is marked a petite small but will fit up to a size 8 if you would like it to fit a bit tighter. I believe it's meant to fit loosely on the body and cinched at the waist but it looks great fitted slightly to the body as well. So I would say it fits a size SMALL OR MEDIUM best
