I made this out of my favorite fabric it's a high quality cotton spandex blend that is very comfortable and fits in a form-fitting way. I used recycled vinyl to make two pockets that are attached to the skirt and they are filled with scraps but you can put whatever you would like inside them. The snaps close securely. It's finished with a ruffled hem and purple stitching all over. This has a matching top listed separately this is the perfect Rave outfit and you can hold all of your goodies in the various pockets
