I would date this dress to the early 2000s probably around 2005 boho era. It features a bias cut sleeveless design perfect for spring layering. the hem is designed so that it has a flare that's more dramatic with movement. The pattern is a patchwork look that with blues, oranges and neutrals. marked a size 6, it was meant to fit oversized but definitely looks good on up to a size 10 if you would like a more form fitting look. The fabric has minimal stretch since it's cut on the bias and it's lined with a nude polyester.
