These are from my Personal Collection they're made out of two different printed lycra one of them has a floral '90s design and the other one is a metallic zebra stripe in pink. I put a ruffle around the waistband they look really cute on they're great for like clown looks or any sort of Festival look or just for fun. I will be reattaching the ruffle before I mail them out.
