Super stretchy knit velour flocked with sparkly accents. I added circular flares on each ankle for maximum movement and cuteness. These have a purple V waistband and they have a really cute fit kind of like leggings so you can scrunch the leg if you want the flare up below your knee or you can leave them long at full length to just have a flare at your ankle. These are also great for layering or alone.
