This was made stop from deadstock material so I'm not sure what the fiber content is but it is a soft knit I do not believe it's cotton but it feels like a stretch cotton. I used recycled bra parts to make the adjustable straps and it's very stretchy with plenty of room in the cups. It's finished with pink elastic
