I made these out of a stretch knit fabric that is developed for Dancewear and performance. So it's smooth and comfortable on the inside and then the outside has a flocked velvet feel with the textured design. These have 3D Rings one on the front of each leg which you could attach garters to and a single d-ring at the waist. These are cut very cheeky they're inspired by vintage hot pants and old lip service designs. They are made with a gusset so that they don't fit uncomfortably in the crotch they have a high rise and a v front waistband. These fit a size medium or 30-32 inch waist best
